Oh, so many voice mails to get to today and we'll start with someone calling about, well,

you know, we talk about this a lot, Casey about the taxation in the state and how Republicans

rarely ever actually cut taxes, they just shift taxes to other things and then ultimately

you end up paying more in taxes and then they'll go out and go, but we cut your income tax

by 0.1%.

Yeah, but what about these taxes you raised over here, but we cut your income tax by 0.1%.

What about property taxes?

Yeah, so somebody called about that and we always love to talk about taxes.

One may be give a thought on property taxes.

When you look at how the property taxes have come up the way they are, it started out

with Pence running for president to get his bonafide to the state to show he was a low

tax guy, right?

And so what the local legislators did was gave him shade for not quote unquote, raising

the property tax, but they created the loit tax, L-O-I-T, local option income tax which

they pushed out to all the counties and then the counties got to raise the property

tax how they saw fit, right?

And so they just transferred that over, but here more sinister, not too long ago, they

changed the word loit to lick local income tax.
