All right, so what are the things we've been talking about quite a bit here recently on

the program and I don't know, maybe it's because I'm reaching that phase of my existence

where I've just become old man who yells at clouds I don't know.

But in all seriousness, I think this is a very serious issue, is the rapidly changing

landscape that has come to define Indiana.

And I'm talking in terms of the makeup of geography and specifically this very weird

obsession with the governor of the state of Indiana and then that has certainly trickled

down into communities across Central Indiana.

I'm not sure outside of the 465, you know, the Donut counties that this is quite as bad,

but it has certainly become a major issue in Central Indiana which is the complete demolition

at a incredibly alarming pace of corn fields and bean fields and beautiful skyline and

this obsession with putting as many things there as we possibly can primarily high density

residential housing.

And it is something that I think is really resonating with people because we're getting

a lot of commentary about this and a lot of people weighing in on it.

And one of the things that I've cautioned people on, and it took me a while to learn this
