just want to add one piece it's about those referendums that they're voted on in a

primary session this last one that was voted on had 25,000 voters. If you go back and

look at the voting records for the primary, 25,000 people decided the next referendum. Actually, it was 15 to 10. I was in the 10 group who votes against it.
