we would let you know that the judge has dismissed that classified

document case against Donald Trump. Judge Cannon said that the appointment

of Jack Smith was unconstitutional.

Yeah, so the news had hit it but we wanted to make sure we touched on it very briefly as well.

Much of the show today obviously focused on the failed assassination attempt on President Trump and what a horrific terrible day that was.

But this is a big deal because essentially what this judge, Cannon, is her name in Florida,

said, mirrors what Clarence Thomas said.

So remember in the presidential immunity case

that was recently decided by the Supreme Court.

It was a 63 ruling saying essentially the president enjoys broad immunity related to official acts of his presidency and then it is less clear on acts not officially related to his presidency and that basically on a case by case basis you got
