I spent 10 years in the Marine Corps.

I got real good at talking to people using crayons to illustrate, and I think somebody needs to

illustrate to these public officials that, you know, if they were to tax these businesses

and stuff that are coming in, or, you know, maybe attract more people to their town in some sort

of way, you know, by not taxing them to death or something, then that would increase their tax base.

And they put in all these warehouses, right?

Like Rob always talks about Brownsburg being Warehouseburg, but Greenfield did the same

thing, except somehow these developers came in and they built million square foot buildings, and they don't have any tenants in them.

But we've got these big empty buildings that nobody does anything, but it could be because of Biden's uncontrollable spending and then, you know,

industry rates went up, and then no business wanted to make the capital investment of expanding into one of these warehouses.
