This Jeff from Claremont, I was calling about the white people haven't been appealing their property taxes.

Every person that has property tax bill has the right to appeal with their county.

And we did, and we went from 1,700 a year down to 900.

And they took us from 160,000 assessed evaluation to 98.

So it's the assessors that have done the majority of this.

I don't think the formula is so bad, but the assessors, they set the value of your

house at the rate they want to collect taxes for their county. So I noticed that all of our tax

rates had went down, but the overall tax, the overall assessment went up by $15,000 for a two-bedroom home in Claremont.

So it's assessors.

Yes, the taxes definitely need to come down or be eliminated.

And I just don't understand why people didn't appeal.
