you can't forgive debt.

You can only transfer it from one person to the other.

they're going to be issuing, you have to pay taxes on that now from the IRS? Just your thoughts.

Well you should because they're giving you money you got you bought something

which is what you did you bought or a college education or access to a college

education and then you were then told you didn't have to pay for the thing that

you bought you were still given the thing so it to me is no different

than being on the price is right if someone gave you a free trip to Hawaii from the

price is right there's a value on that and you have to pay
