This first phone call, we discussed some of the bills that have been introduced with the new legislative session in the Indiana General Assembly.

And one of them was regarding advertising of marijuana in the state of Indiana.

That's right.

And, of course, marijuana is not legal in Indiana.

So complete waste of time?

I don't know.

What's the point of that?

You never know with the wild and wacky good time fun gang at the General Assembly.

By the way, they're saying no

advertising on radio. Now, that's where I draw the line. Okay, so you have been in management in radio

for years. Help me understand this. Why, whether it's cigarettes or alcohol or whatever,

some of it can be advertised on some forms. Right. Some of it can't. The interesting thing

about television when it comes to alcohol is you can show the alcohol. You can show the bottle,

the beverage, but you're not allowed to actually consume it. So if you ever watch.

Really? Yes, I recall. We were, when I was in South Bend, we were doing a, we were doing a shoot at, it was a winery.

And, you know, I was holding the glass of wine and I was about to drink it.

And the B-roll had to be cut right before it reached my lips.
