So the one that I thought may be against was Gorsuch, but it sounds like,

while it sounds like seven of them were in one opinion and then they call them concurrences,

Gorsuch and maybe Sotomayor, according to NBC, Gorsuch and Sotomayor wrote concurrences,

which is I agree with the end opinion.
