that got your attention didn't it? He says that you are right except for when you go off the rails because when you go off the rails that is a

connotation that maybe you're a little crazy he calls it that you're just

passionate a good coach and a good motivator.

I feel like you're very passionate about what it is you do and speak of.

You don't just talk a bunch of baloney and like, here go and you know well okay no like you're passionate

about what you say and the way you deliver it you want people here and you get the point

across and you're good at doing that.

Period.

To be a good coach of anything, in my opinion, we've got to be a great motivator.

Some people will listen to you, you know what I mean?

Say key to what you say, and then follow through with it. You want to

mean, anyway, keep up some good work. I love your approach and I know a lot of

people in today's world that they don't like it, but like if people could learn to keep their

feelings out of the situation and just deal with what directly is involved
