I'm ready to talk tonight to you guys, as you all know on my podcast, I dig in deep

to the highs and the lows of life, the thick and the thin,

sometimes infusing my stories and my rambles with history and stuff like that.

Tonight's episode is no exception. I plan on actually talking about

the late Maryland Monroe tonight, which is always a very interesting story to dive into.

I've given Maryland's life a lot of thought over the years,

and for some reason today for this episode,

I was like, you know what, we're going to talk about

the late Marilyn Monroe, kind of as she relates to

the idea of seeking escape I think that there's you know this tendency that we have to you

know kind of immerse ourselves into all of these things that we convince ourselves we need to do and you know kind of do anything almost to distract from how we're actually feeling and you know what we actually want in this life

and all of our demons and you know the things that we're scared to confront.

So tonight's episode is all about seeking escape. I'm going to be talking about Maryland and also just some ideas that I've had recently and actually even through college about the many ways that we seek escape in our daily lives and you know it kind of gets to the

point where we end up extremely you know worn out and hung over and things like that so that's

what tonight's episode is about.
