Summary

Bill, Steve and Scott -- three law and order, straight shooters -- find themselves in various levels of agreement with repeated acts of outright vandalism. At a school in Oregon, administrators had installed a tampon dispenser in the boys bathroom. So they ripped it off the wall, and it looks like this cycle is repeating. 0:18.7	In a recent email, they attached a photo of a tampon dispenser that had been
0:23.9	ripped off of a wall and put in a toilet in the boys' room, in the high school. And the email
0:32.8	is explaining that they've got to stop this vandalism. It's expensive.
0:38.3	It's disrespectful.
0:40.3	And it said, and this is a quote,
0:42.3	each time that the dispensers are taken down,
0:45.0	the school needs to spend time and resources,
0:49.3	putting the back up in order to be compliant with House Bill 3294,
0:53.5	aka the menstrual dignity act,
0:59.2	which mandates that tampons be made available in the boys' room for reasons of dignity.

1:06.4	This is kind of like, Bill, I'm going to go with you, I think, on this one.

1:11.4	this is a bit like calling Florida's law the don't say gay thing. In the fact that, you know,
1:20.0	bodily functions are what they are and there really isn't a whole lot of dignity involved in them.
