Sure. I chose to discuss Vanna tonight and that is spelled V-A-N-A-D-I-N-I-T-E.

It's usually it kind of looks like a darker orangey version of citrine. It's usually an orange

brown color but it can be reddish brown or yellow brown. It's sourced in the United States and

it's available in specialist stores. Now Judy Hall tells us that this is an excellent stone for

people who have problems accepting their physicality. It has a strong connection with the Earth

of chakra and helps you to ground your energy. It grounds the soul into a physical body and

assists you in being comfortable in this birth environment. Vanna tonight guards against

squandering energy and teaches you how to conserve energy at the physical level. It's a wonderful

aid to meditation. It shuts off the mind at chatter. It can facilitate a state of no mind or be
