Oh, I'm getting to this podcast a little later this morning.

Yesterday, it simply wasn't a good day.

Let me tell you, my day just started off on the wrong foot.

It happens sometimes, doesn't it?

You know, I had someone send me like a really just like an annoying, unnecessary message sprinkled with hate and ignorance.

You know, this is like a friend.

I think this person was drunk. I don't know.

But it was just unnecessary.

But that was the seed that first planted within my morning.

And I have to take responsibility because I should have been checking my messages that early in the morning.

If I would have left it till 11 a.m. or noon,

I probably would have had the necessary routes, the foundation to withstand any storm, any hate, any ignorance for the day.

And then on top of that, I had some business calls.

And I wasn't all there for it because I was starting to feel sick.

You know, my allergies are just starting to break down my system.

And I started to feel extremely tired.

And then after that, I just knocked out for a few hours, woke up with no energy left for the day,

not feeling accomplished because didn't even get 10% of what I wanted to get done.

But at the end of the day, I said, thank you.

I meditated on the fact that I could go to bed early and lay in my warm bed and just be,

you know, I watched a show on Netflix, I watched Ozark before I fell asleep.

And although the day was a complete failure, I just said, thank you.
