It allows people to drop the walls which can often be created when there is the stigma of a CEO floating around and perhaps open up because they feel as though they're as equally valuable as those that work in directly for.

So that is a valuable lesson for anybody who intends to be in a leadership position for whatever they endeavor in the future, whether that is owning

your own business or you're even working with a company and helping it flourish and you have people working directly for you or you're a solopreneur but you might need to

delegate in some way and perhaps you have an assistant or a team that helps you out and it's very important to allow people to feel as though they're in this with you instead of all for you.
