Mohammed Soliman, the man accused of using a makeshift flamethrower to attack Jewish individuals in Boulder, Colorado, is due back in court on Thursday. Soliman, who overstayed a tourist visa that expired in 2023, faces state charges, including attempted murder, as well as a federal hate crime charge. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) joins the Rundown to condemn the attack and explain how the Biden Administration's lax immigration policies have created a climate where acts of violence similar to what we saw on Sunday are more likely.
