Dr. Paul Thornton, author of The Joy of Cruising Book Series, is here to share his review

of his recent Virgin Voyages cruise.

Now, Paul and I go way back. He lives in North Carolina

with his beautiful wife, Cheryl, and he considers cruising with their kids and their grandkids

to be life's ultimate escape, like so many of us do. Paul loves to cruise so very much that he actually wrote a book series about it called The Joy of Cruising.

And it's an entire series featuring the most fascinating cruise personalities. And I'm so excited to welcome him to the show today. Dr. Paul, how are you?

Oh, I am doing just fine, Shari. I am glad to be

with you today. Well, thank you so very much. You've been so generous over the years, including me

in your series and having me on your podcast. And when I heard that you were going on Virgin Voyages,

I thought, oh my goodness, I cannot wait to hear

how Dr. Paul enjoys this cruise line. And it sounds like it went pretty well. So we'll back up a
