Okay what I was saying before I muted myself was that usually you get to hear me talk all the time, right?

You hear me talk on the podcast, you hear me talk in the podcast you hear me talking the lessons so really

this is a chance for you to speak and so we're going to I'm going to mostly just

let you speak you can talk about contribution which is our lesson our new lesson this month for BIP, we can really talk

about anything you want. So let's try again. You can do the raise hand. I like to go one by one,

so I mute everybody.

Mute means I can't speak, can't hear you.

So, and then one by one I will let you speak.

If you want to speak, just press the raise hand button and that shows me you want to speak.

So we have Cleefee's number one right now and Carlos is number two and Carol is number three to speak. So I'm just going to go down the list and let you speak one by one and like I said this is really a chance for you to speak so I'll let you talk and I usually try to talk about five minutes you

know just so we give time to everybody and you try to limit yourself to about five minutes and after you talk then I'll you

know I'll answer questions if you have questions or I'll make comments but

mostly I want to give you a chance so So here we go let's we're going to start with
