I love when you guys message me and you say, you know what, this episode made me feel a little

bit better or it made me feel not so alone or it made me feel like I'm not, you know,

screwing up my life in the way that I thought I was.

Those messages are the best and the ratings and reviews lately have just been so unbelievably

kind. I feel very, very lucky. So what we are talking about today is violent humblings.

A lot of people message me and said, well, this is just a backhanded compliment.

I don't know if it's necessarily a backhanded compliment for sure some overlap.

The then diagram is, you know, it's not a circle but it's close. There are some differences

to backhanded compliments and violent humblings. Backhanded compliments are usually like purposely

meant to hurt your feelings. I feel like violent humblings more often than not have a good intention

behind them, but it's just the thing comes out of somebody's mouth and it like literally ruins the

way you perceive yourself forever. But before we get into that, we're going to do some love hates

because I have some things that I want to discuss. Also, if you're watching this on the video,

I'm sorry that I'm using my phone with my that has all my lists and all of the

all of the submissions on here. I hate watching a video and somebody is on their phone. I shouldn't

even point it out because I'm sure it doesn't really bug people as much as it bugs me. I just I normally
