of hot yoga. Yes. And I'm turned. And this is what happened the first

time I went is that I did it in the morning and then I went straight into work and I had a cup of coffee like

I always do. And I went crazy. I went crazy. You started doing pirouettes across BuzzFeed. I actually, I think this is okay to share.

This will be my share because all I was going to blather about was hot yoga anyways.

But I like only in retrospect was like, oh, I feel like I was like on drugs when I was in the office because I just felt like agro.

Like I had like a steroid in my body.

Yeah.

And you had blood pumping extremely fast because it was thinned out.

This guy who I manage, I'm his boss.

Okay.

He in an email where some emails are going around uh about some some some some few people my boss was

cced on it so it's two men and me and he was explaining like an issue about a project and this man is

in his like maybe like mid late 20s right i'm his new boss okay of like a week okay and he says he's describing

her and he and why she this one woman didn't want to take on the project and he was like i mean we all

know that she's um a crotchety old woman in a 20 something's body and i it was like i'd just gotten in I was turnt and I went and also like I have very much become I'm very aware that I'm perceived as like very nice at my job and and everywhere else and thank you I I copy pasted it I slacked it to my boss and I was like, this does not stand buckle up.
