Summary

(00:00-26:48) – Wednesday’s show begins with Vince Welch and Marlin Jackson sharing thoughts on LeBron James becoming the NBA’s All-Time leading scorer. Plus, Stephen Bardo of Big Ten Network and Fox Sports stops by to recap the Indiana Hoosiers’ win over Rutgers last night. Stephen also talks on what the ceiling is for these Hoosiers including how deep they could go in the NCAA Tournament. After we lose connection with Stephen, Marlin and Vince talk more about Indiana’s victory over Rutgers.

(26:49-42:58) – We’re back from break with Vince and Marlin reflecting on Marlin’s interception back in 2006 to send the Colts to the Super Bowl.

(42:59-46:25) – Hour number one ends with Vince and Marlin discussing the darkness retreat that Packers QB Aaron Rodgers is planning on going on.

(46:26-1:14:04) – The second hour of the show begins with Marlin and Vince discussing their workout routines and highlighting a player for the Philadelphia Eagles that has been playing hurt for most of the season. Also, Marlin talks on the difficulty of adjusting both your diet and workout routine when you retire from professional sports. Later, Vince and Marlin discuss some of the other top stories around the NFL including Sean Peyton’s comments to the media after becoming the next head coach of the Denver Broncos. Also, the duo discuss the idea of not having coaching experience yet still becoming a head coach, like could happen with Jeff Saturday (and did happen as the interim this year).

(1:14:05-1:27:58) – The TV Voice of the Indiana Pacers Chris Denari stops by to preview tonight’s matchup against the Miami Heat. Plus, Chris talks on how Tyrese has looked since he returned from injury and if he expects the Pacers to make any moves before tomorrow’s trade deadline.

(1:37:59-1:33:50) – Hour number two concludes with Marlin and Vince sharing who they would like to see as the next head coach of the Indianapolis Colts.

(1:33:51-2:01:13) – The talented Clint Bowyer of Fox Sports (and former NASCAR driver) and super Chiefs fan stops by to give us his thoughts on Super Bowl 57 between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City. Later, Vince and Marlin give their predictions for Super Bowl 57.

(2:01:14-2:16:29) – Super Bowl Winning Special Teams Coach for the Baltimore Ravens Randy Brown stop by to share a wonderful father-son angle going into Super Bowl 57 as his son Tyler Brown is the Special Teams Quality Control Coach for the Philadelphia Eagles.

(2:16:30-2:19:50) – Wednesday’s show ends with Vince and Marlin asking Jimmy Cook for the JCook Plays of the Day. Plus, Marlin and Vince give their thoughts on Super Bowl 57 and look back at today’s show.
