1:14.0	The WWE and the board of directors today announced that a special committee
1:18.4	of the board is conducting an investigation into alleged misconduct by its chairman and CEO,
1:25.2	Vincent McMahon, and John Laurenidas Head of Town Relations.
1:30.4	And that effective immediately, McMahon has voluntarily stepped back from his responsibilities
1:37.1	as CEO and chairman of the board until the conclusion of this investigation.
1:43.0	McMahon will retain his role and responsibilities related to WWE's creative content during
1:49.6	the period and remains committed to cooperating with the review underway.
1:54.0	So that's interesting as well.
