Once the news broke that Vince McMahon was officially fired, my brain kind of went blank and we've been all over the place and people are speculating as to how it happened.

Was it the Slim Jim's fault?

Because there was news that Slim Jim dropped their sponsorship with WWE for the Royal Rumble over this nonsense.

I was online and then I can't remember who told me.

Somebody hit me up on Facebook and said, Vince is out.

I said, probably. And it was like, no, he's out. Did you see the news? I was like, where? He goes, it's like everywhere. And he just sent me a random link. It's one of my friends on Facebook. Nobody in the IWC is just a casual fan. And I go, I don't know, is that legit? And then he sends me something from Fox News.

Then he sent me something from another network. And I was like, oh, it's got to me. It looks legit. Well, I'm going to Twitter. Then I go to Twitter. Within three minutes, it's all over Twitter. Like three minutes literally. Oh, yeah. But, you know, I was skeptical at first because this is not a regular wrestling guy. He's a casual fan.

But he wasn't trying, you know, he's not trying to spread false information.

Like I remember when it's kind of like when you guys covered the Chris Benoit stuff. As it was happening. Right. And the same thing, Ultimate Warrior died as it was happening. We were about to go on the air. We got the word right before Raw was over. Yeah. The Triple H texted out that thing right before Roe was over that night.

So yeah, that was like kind of on the fly. Yeah, I would probably put this to that degree. I put it up there with Eddie Guerrero's passing. I put it up there with Eddie Guerrero. Because Eddie Guerrero passed on my birthday and I thought everybody was pranking me. And they're like, Eddie Guerrero just passed.
