Vince McMahon's strong-armed return to executive chairman position is being met with aggressive backlash from at least as

far as we know one WWE shareholder.

Bloomberg Law reporting that a shareholder has sued Vince McMahon in Delaware's

Chancery Court, accusing him of wielding his 81% voting control to

oust three board members, replace them with loyalists and push through bylaw changes

that would quote impose his will on the board and W. W.E. The shareholder in

question is Scott A Fellows who is suing on behalf of himself and all others similarly

situated according to the official filing in the state of Delaware.

Now, this may open the floodgates for many other people who hold shares within

W. W. E. to air their grievance at the way

that the business has been dealt.
