and I picked his brain on some of the core mental frames that can help you in terms of attracting more women.

So basically three really key mindsets that you need to have.

Also I can say these are three key reframes. This is a way of reframing

your thinking in a different way that most guys don't think in order to become a more attractive

man and in order to really look at dating in a different way

that's going to help you become more successful.
