Beginning with your toes, working your way slowly up to the top of your head, making sure

every part of your body is fully relaxed.

Relax your forehead and loosen your jaw while I recap our last episode.

Madam Beck had three children of her own and treated them with the same stoic steadiness as she did all her pupils with calm neutrality.
