This evening we are returning to Villett,

but before we get started,

I want to give you a moment to unwind and settle in for the night.

Find a comfortable position and take a nice big stretch where you are.

Focusing on releasing any tension you may be holding in your body

and letting your muscles relax into your bed.

Next, take some deep breaths and clear your mind.

Start by taking a deep inhale, gathering any drifting thoughts from the day,

and exhale fully, breathing them all away.

Inhale and exhale.

Allow your mind to focus on the sound of my voice

while we continue our story this evening.

There was time for exams at the school and these were led by Monsieur Paul

allowing the other teachers to focus on teaching alone

But Monsieur did not know any English and so Lucy had to run her own exams.
