Presidential candidate Donald Trump has said climate change is a hoax, and if elected,

he would remove the United States from the Paris Climate Accord.

Hillary Clinton would uphold the Paris deal and her clean

energy plan calls for half a billion new solar panels in the next five years and $60 billion

for cities and states to construct green buildings and new transit. In California, there's a different

power story. Republican former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Democratic Governor Jerry Brown recently

threw a party together to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the state's main climate law,

which Schwarzenegger signed and Brown recently extended with the help of a Republican vote.
