at the old Performance Center here after watching the second OTA practice open to the media and I got to tell you

Andrew what a practice it was so compelling so many takeaways so're going to dive into that just momentarily but the real headline for today the one that has Vikings fans near and far captivated is a left guard signing. The Vikings have returned Dalton Reisner to his

rightful home where the offensive line will rise around him. I'm trying, it's May.

So, you know, they're resigned Alton Riesner.

What do you think?

Yeah, interestingly enough, I was told

that they don't expect him to be the starter,

that Blake Brandell is going to continue to be the guy in O TAs anyway, because as you said, it's May, things can change.

They bring Dalton Reisner back for a reason though.

Dalton Reisner was very vocal online throughout the off season about how I'm only asking for a starting guard contract and how he wanted to return to the Vikings but clearly the money was not lining up.

Well, suddenly the money lined up, entering the second week of

O TAs and it's not too hard to read into the fact that if he's not jumping into a

starting role, if that was not promised to him, as I was told it wasn't,

he clearly realized I need to get into a team.

I wanted to get into a team now and earn my role,

whatever it's going to be, because this guy wanted

to be a starter.

He started 11 games last year he said online this

off season I want a starting guard contract and I think he had to acquiesce a

little bit well and what we saw from him last year was I thought starter caliber play from Dalton Reister but there was such a stark
