Hey, everybody, welcome to the episode.

We have waited a long time for the Minnesota Vikings have officially announced their 53-man roster.

But this year, we have to really emphasize initial 53 man roster because going through it,

there's a lot of areas where this thing should change.

So I am going to call it up here and we're going to go position by position,

look at everybody on the initial 53, what the biggest surprises were for guys who made the team

and some surprises for guys who did not make the team. So I'm not going to waste any time here.

Let us get right into the Minnesota Vikings 53 man roster.

So the quarterbacks, unsurprisingly, J.J. McCarthy, Max Brosmer, and Carson Wentz.

Max Brosmer is, I think, the co-Mr. Mancato will get to the other guy that I think deserves that

honor as well. But if you haven't seen JTO Sullivan's breakdown of Max

Brosmer's final preseason game, the quote that stood out to me from Mr. O'Sullivan was

that it warmed his football soul to watch Max Broseper play in that game. So make sure you go check

that out when you get a chance because

his breakdown was excellent of all the anticipation throws, the smart plays that Brosmer made

and deserves to be on the 53 and is a guy that I think can develop into next year being

their QB2. So they keep three quarterbacks, four running backs, Aaron Jones,

Ty Chandler, Jordan Mason, and Xavier Scott. So Xavier Scott was absolutely another guy that we

identified throughout this preseason and training camp that stood out for the Minnesota Vikings.

He caught the ball really well. He ran hard.

He made big plays in preseason. And it seemed like there was even a chance that they could cut

Ty Chandler and just keep Xavier Scott as RB3. Now, there still is a chance that they could make a
