1:46.4	Though each possess their own career and path, their lives have intersected on this day because they share a common cause, volunteering otherwise idle time to the Department of Public Services, Division
1:52.5	of Community Order. Also known as the DCO, the Division of Community Order handles nonviolent
1:58.9	or domestic law and its enforcement within the
2:01.9	Grand City of Atreus.
2:04.9	With less required training, minimal firepower, and less authority than the Civil Defense
2:10.6	Force, the DCO is limited in scope to local investigations, domestic conflicts, routine patrols, petty dispute resolution, and missing
2:21.0	persons' investigations.
2:23.4	The four citizens present are steadfast volunteers, reluctant or otherwise, and though they're
2:30.2	familiar with the names and to some degree the faces of those present, meaningful
2:34.6	conversation or interaction has since eluded the group, but now they find themselves assigned
2:40.4	to work together under the guidance of enforcer Sergeant Mueller in the primary DCO station
