Hi, John. So, John, let's just quickly, if you could, recap for our listeners, what has been going on?

Why is Kraft in so much trouble at the moment? They had earnings last week. What happened?

So, in short, Kraft came out with earnings on Thursday nights. Kraft obviously makes everything from baked beans to that disgusting cheese called Velveeta

that Americans love so much.

It announced a huge write-down of the value of some of its core brands, including the Kraft brand, which is quite embarrassing.

Took a big loss.

Shares have fallen since then by about a third.
