and there are several places that we know that in the Word of God.

In the New Testament, in our covenant, in our New Testament, this side of the cross and the resurrection and ascension of Christ, we are called to be soldiers.

I'm thinking of 2nd Timothy chapter 2, where Paul tells Timothy, take your share of suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.

And he talks about those who are in military service, and that's what he's calling us.

And I mean, we just, this is a war with an unseen, very powerful enemy.

And it's not flesh and blood.

It's rulers and authorities and cosmic powers over this present darkness.

We have a real enemy, and it's not our husband, our co-worker, our ex-friend, our ex-husband, our mother-in-law, our neighbor,

it's not flesh and blood.

I'll tell you something.
