I welcome on to a Monday night edition of Dunkin Prime.

We have a lot to get to some great games and following the San Antonio Spurs.

I apologize to absolutely no one for how much we talk about the San Antonio Spurs on this podcast because Victor Wemnihama is just that good and that interesting.

And we're going to talk about him going up against two of the best, maybe the two best offensive centers

in basketball, certainly over the last five years in the last two games that he has played.

Lots of interesting observations coming from that.

We got some news to get to.

We got to check in on the playoff race as well.

So let's begin by talking about the classic game that took place over the weekend. Denver,

nice comeback. They're down basically the whole game. They tie it right at the end of regulation.

And then it was even a two-point lead for them in the last minute of the game. San Antonio gets a steal.

Devin Vassell couldn't put home an

Aleut dunk and then Yokic hit a floater to push it to four and end the game with under 10

seconds to go. So I guess here's what I want to start with for you, Danny. Victor Wehman Yama,

best defensive force, Nicole Yokic still the best offensive force.

Who will have the advantage? Can the Spurs realistically slow down this unbelievable offensive force that is the Nuggets

if, as is appearing increasingly likely, these two teams match up in the second round?

So I watched the first half of this game live, and then I watched the whole thing,

including the first half again earlier today to prepare for it.

And I watched it because I knew the outcome when I watched it the second time with the

lens of what happens if this is a playoff series.

And I think that the Denver Nuggets did a lot of really, really good things offensively.
