a longtime friend of Ralph's Victor Schwartz, David, tell our listeners about Victor Schwartz.

Victor Schwartz is a partner in the law firm of Shook Hardy and Bacon and chairs

its public policy group, the public policy group seeks to be in the vanguard

of developing public policy issues that will improve our civil justice system.

In March 2013, the National Law Journal named Mr. Schwartz,

one of the 100 most influential lawyers in the United States.

He was also named a super lawyer by Washington DC Super Lawyers in 2013 and 2014

and received the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform's 2013

Individual Achievement Award for his contributions to reforming America's civil justice system.
