They said he was parked, and while he was parked there, he passed out and fell out of the truck and froze to death.

Morton County Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeyers ruled out foul play as a cause of death for 51-year-old Victor Newberry of Glenn Ulland, found dead outside his vehicle on December 27th. The sheriff added that alcohol played a role in Newberry's death.

The information that Donna gave me was that there had been some type of altercation possibly.

North Dakota. I got their names from Johnny Newberry, Victor's son.
