Hi, hello. Welcome back to another episode of the Powerful Women podcast. I decided to do

another solo episode because while I do have two women lined up that y'all are going to love

to hear from, I'm trying to do those in person. Like if they're within a few hours of me, I'm trying

to like really schedule where we can meet up because the energy is just

great when you're together plus then trying to start videoing these podcasts. It's just so much

easier if you're in person and you can get higher quality video versus trying to like record

a zoom or you know through the computer or on your phone. So I want to talk today about victim versus victor and even vessel mindset and living

that way in your life because it is something that has been a game changer to me. It's been a

game changer for my husband. It's been a game changer for our businesses, our marriage, our

aspect on life, relationships, just everything.

Before I dive into that, I do want to give, like, just a little update.

We are a little over a week away from the start of the turn-in process for the PowerFit

$50,000 challenge. Isn't that crazy? Our six-month challenge has almost come to an end.

So everyone who has

been participating in this will be turning in their after content July 1st through 5th. That includes

their pictures, their videos, their measurements. They'll also be writing an essay. And this is where

we really focus a lot on the challenge because there is so much more to this
