It seemed like a normal Thursday at the Letcher County Courthouse in Kentucky.

Inside, folks were gathering in Judge Kevin Mullen's chambers as he was holding court with his friends. In fact, that crew went to lunch in downtown.

But after lunch, everything changed.

This normal day was turned upside down when Sheriff Mickey Stein shot and killed the judge in his chambers on camera.
