Yeah, pretty humid. Oh yeah, it's a nice sunny day

Yeah, it's nice and sunny ways you have to be outside.

Oh yeah, you're just wondering if it's a nice day to talk about one of the worst things

that ever happened to you.

Yeah, it's all right. Okay. Yeah, so just gonna start off by asking you, do you still

live in the house where this incident occurred?

No.

Okay, so did you have to move out soon after?

Was it too hard to be there after that? I never went back. Once I got out of the hospital I went

straight to a family member's house and we lived with her until we found a

place for my family to go.

And did you own the home or were you renting?

It was an apartment.

Oh, I see.

We were just renting. And so tell me about the neighborhood in which it was situated.

Was that a high crime neighborhood where these things would occur on a regular basis?

No one had ever been shot or robbed that I was aware of. We did have a couple

times where the police would come through our apartment chasing somebody either on foot or on a

call in a car but you never knew what the actual you know issue was why were they chasing

these people and there was some graffiti like what looked to me like
