Hello and welcome to a brand new episode of Happy Mum, Happy Baby, the podcast.

Today's guests are, my friends, they are Vicky Patterson and Erkan Ramadan.

Vicki and me go way back. She's joined me on many a copperfield track, many a copper trek,

and she is an exceptional human.

And her meeting her account, I've got to say,

it was a joy to actually meet someone like him

and know that he was going to be in her life.

Now, as you might be aware, they're not parents yet,

but they have been filming a TV show

that's all about them being on the fence, which I think is a really interesting point of life.

I think so often, especially my generation, you kind of go, well, I meet someone, I get married, I have children.

And actually more and more of us kind of going, well, maybe I don't want that.

We don't need to just do this thing because

that's what society tells us that's what we should be doing and we're not going to be fulfilled.

So Vicky and I've been together filming this new documentary where they go into different

avenues, basically, of if they are going to have children, what does that look like? What does it

look like without children? Vicky also froze her eggs several years ago as well. Going back to visit those as well is another piece of that puzzle really.

It's an interesting thing to talk about. So I hope you enjoy listening to them navigating

whether or not they're going to have children. It's Pickey and Erkan.
