Vice is back with a new podcast talking to the most fascinating people we could find on the edge of culture.

If you thought we were gone, it turns out we have more to say.

We sat down last week with three Oscar winners, Daniel Rower, Daniel Kwan, and Jonathan Wong, discussed why they

joined forces to ring the alarm bell on AI with their new documentary.

Hopefully it doesn't become the case where we have something, a catastrophe happened, where

a government falls because of disinformation from AI or some catastrophic event where supply chains get disrupted

because of a rogue AI and it causes mass suffering.

Let's just all hope that doesn't happen.

And our goal was that this movie would be that cognitive nuclear bomb in the world and in the zeitgeist

so that we could see and say, oh, I see the

future wherein this goes really badly. None of us want that. All of us want to protect humanity

and what does it mean to be human. So we're all going to just say, let's preserve that thing.

Let's not let these tech billionaires and these bros set the future such that

it risks the thing that is most valuable to us, and that is our lives, our families, and what we

find you can do. If you like old vice, the subcultures, niches, and stories that no one else is
