This is Patty, and Jude and I are here to talk to you about frequency and vibration. We have used that

term high vibration, keeping your frequency light and high. And I actually, my husband,

who's been listening to the podcast, asked me the other night to explain what we were talking

about when we say frequency. And Jude and I both thought,

oh, this might be a good time to really go into that in a little more detail. So the word

frequency and vibration gets used in metaphysical circles and gets kind of thrown around back

and forth. So I wanted to just give a brief description of what the difference is between

a frequency

and a vibration.

So a vibration is an alternating current.

It's what's happening, what's going on.

And frequency is how it is measured, how often it has happened.

It's usually how many vibrations per second is how it is counted.

So we know that everything is energy. And this isn't just woo-woo. This is science. You know, we know that we're made up of cells, which are made up

of molecules, which are made up of atoms, which are made up of subatomic particles. And a

subatomic particle is energy. And so what we're talking about is the energy that radiates off of us.
