Hello, welcome to the Ringer F1 show, part of the Ringer podcast network.

I am your host, Megan Schuster, and we are here to talk about the 2025 Italian Grand Prix.

Before we do that, though, we have a brief announcement, and that is that the Ringer F1 show is now on video.

We've been hearing from you all for a while that this is something people apparently want,

although why you would want to see my face on your screen on a Sunday is certainly a question to each their own,

I mentioned that we were going on to video to my hairdresser and she started doing the little

mini comb over to cover up the widow's peak. I was like, no, I'm not ashamed of who I am. I'm a 45-year-old man.

But yeah, man, what a start to the Grand Prix. And then it kind of settled into a, it was like a

90s race, classic 90s race, wasn't it? It was like, oh, just briefly excitement and nap.

Yes. So for our Monsa discussion, Max Rassapin wins the Italian Grand Prix, his first victory

since our last race in Italy in May.

Lando Norris finished the second and Oscar Piastri takes third.

Rounding out the rest of the top ten are Charles Leclair, George Russell, Lewis Hamilton,

Alex Albion, Gabriel Bordeletto, Kimi Antonelli, and Isaac Hajar.

We have a lot to talk about from this race, from some monster Red Bull pace to various

midfield shenanigans to a really weird ending for McLaren.
