news for you on one of our earlier investigations.

You might remember in season 3, we took a look at the international movement of racially

or ethnically motivated violent extremists and their global fight for white power.

While we have new information about the Russian group at the heart of our reporting, there

is still the only white supremacist designated as a terror group by the US government.

Now the Russian Imperial movement is linked to a whole new terror campaign targeting supporters

of Ukraine.

In this expanded update, the verified team collaborated with Reveal to dive into these new developments.

The war in Ukraine has been grinding on for more than 11 months and there seems to be

no end in sight.

Tonight, the staggering toll of Putin's war coming into focus.

Since the beginning of the war, Russia has been getting help from a little known extremist

group called the Russian Imperial Movement, or RIM.

RIM fighters have joined the Russian military on the battlefield and last year posted a

video which they claim shows a special weapon being fired at Ukrainian positions.

Just last month, reports surf is connecting RIM to a series of letter bombs in Spain,

to companies and high-level officials supporting Ukraine's fight against Russia.

A number of packages were sent to official buildings, including Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez's

office and the Ukrainian embassy in Madrid.
