Tonight on 360, a federal judge rules that members of the Trump administration are defying

his court order as the president and vice president raise concerns concerns they might make a practice of it. We're keeping

We begin tonight, keeping them honest with the president and vice president both sounding like they're getting ready to defy federal court orders and one judge today saying they already are.

Now, this is important because this judge's next step could be to try to hold members of the administration in contempt.

And then the fear is the president could simply tell the attorney general to order the U.S. Marshal's Service not to enforce the contempt citation.

I mean, we are on the edge of a dark precipice where the rule of law doesn't exist, at least at the federal level.

And that, I don't think people fully understand that yet.

That's conservative lawyer George Conway laying out a scenario that would have seemed far

fetched until recently. But it's taking on fresh

significance, given this judge's determination that the administration already is defying his orders

and is accused in a second case involving suspended U.S. aid workers of also defying a court order.
