My name is Renee Sills, and this is your week ahead forecast. This week's episode is a special gift for me to you for the new year, for this Capricorn season,

and for the new synodic cycles of Venus and Mars beginning this week.

Our usual week ahead episodes generally just include the astrology talk portion of my weekly embodied astrology class, somatic space,

but this coming week contains some very powerful

astrology to be tuning in with somatically and energetically, so I wanted to offer you a full

embodiment practice along with the usual astrology talk.

This gentle, meditative practice can be done anywhere and is appropriate for all bodies.

I hope you enjoy it, and I hope it supports your well-being
