I was dreading this day.

and Ron the waiter, a Patriots fan.

We were this close to that dream game, Ron, this close.

I think the saying is that being close only counts in horseshoes.

And grenades.

Oh, that's grenades.

That's what you know.

I don't even know the term.

You know, this is the perfect day to break out my new coffee mug given to me by my in-laws,

who were up this weekend, and we exchanged Christmas gifts because we were down there

for Christmas Eve, but we had to get the hell out of there to set up Christmas.

So we never exchanged gifts.

So they finally came up and we did the

Christmas thing and I got my new coffee mug, uh, F off, which is scratched out. And then it just says,

hi, hi, hi, everybody. Hi. Hi, Ron. How are you? Because I'm out of my mind. You know, I joked over

the years that I had three football teams, the Jets, the Bills, and the

Patriots, but in the end, it really was only kind of true. I've been a diehard Bill's fan

since I was introduced to them by my friend Buzzy, one of my oldest friends who will be joining

us at about 10 minutes. He introduced me to this fucking football team, and I curse Buzzie today. My life would have been a lot better if I was never a Bill's fan. I started to go to college and meet this guy, Buzzy. I'm a Jets fan. I'm from Long Island. Well, I'm from Lockport. I'm a Bills fan. Oh, really? Well, we don't have the internet, so
