Welcome to the morning mindset I want to start out by saying a quick thank you to some new friends.

Urey and Sam, Chris, Crystal, Judah, Mariah,

Kyler, Norm, Becky, and Christina.

Thank you all for joining my wife and I for the morning mindset meet up this past Saturday in

Jupiter, Florida. We had a great time of fellowship and Bible study getting to know each other,

hearing the transformations the Lord has made in lives, keep listening to the

morning mindset. We'll be announcing new meetups, further meetups in the future in different cities

around the nation.

All right, today we are diving back into Romans chapter 12.

We are down all the way to verse 19 and this is a passage that all of us need from time to time.

We need this reminder because we experience hurts in life

and we will experience hurts at the hands of others. And when that happens, our

emotions get riled up, our sense of being done wrong rises to the

surface, and for many of us the urge to, so to speak, get get them back to make them pay is huge and it even can rise up in the

hearts of those of us who are not so inclined in that direction.

Because pain, well let's just admit it, pain is painful.

Pain is something we don't enjoy and especially when it comes at the hand of another person and that being

someone we could trust it makes it even worse. We see this as a theme in many

Hollywood movies you know somebody does somebody wrong and there's a vow I'm going to get you I'm

gonna make you pay that sort of thing well Romans 12 19 says beloved now I love

first of all how Paul refers to his readers as beloved. These are people he loves deeply even though he's never met them because he knows the common bond they have in Jesus Christ. They are connected. They are part of the same body very literally.
