| 1:14.2 | politicians can run on elections it uses democracy or the trappings of |
| 1:21.6 | democracy as a way to legitimize its form of authoritarian |
| 1:26.2 | rule and this is what the the political opposition has to contend with and it's mostly been doing it through public displays of protest, |
| 1:40.2 | which culminated in massive marches during much of the year, |
| 1:43.2 | last year, where hundreds of thousands and millions of people came out in March |
| 1:46.8 | against the government, |
| 1:47.6 | for much of the year throughout the country, but the regime continues to crack down. |
| 1:57.0 | There were numerous people who got killed by government forces. |
