and civil litigator with nearly three decades of experience and a legal analyst you can

Oh, thanks for having me.

Before we jump in, I was hoping you could give us a little bit about your background and

your current practice today.

Well, I'm June 12, 1989.

I struck the oath and I became a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, and from

June of 1989 until July of 2016, 27 years, plus I was a federal prosecutor.
